Desperately neeed nutrition. I can feel my muscles and fats tearing apart. Forced myself Soup Company yesterday, it felt like I ate 2 Chipotle burritos, then I proceeded to throw it all up. This has just been an abysmal week. I might need to go to the doctor again..
